C28H22FN3O2 CAS# not registered MW 451.49 g/mol Emission spectrum of eCTZ-F
eCTZ-F is showing a unique emission spectrum in combination with Renilla Luciferase (RLuc), emitting a high energy wide spectrum from 400 to 550 nm. Please see the manual for details.
The luciferin is shipped as filtered, lyophilized, batch controlled substrate in 500 µg and 1 mg aliquots (1 mg = 2x 500 µg).
10 mgs is packed as regular powder in one tube.
Advantages
- pre-aliquoted in small amounts, fresh substrate for every set of experiments
- long shelf-life (packed under Argon)
- faster to dissolve due to its fine crystal structure
- consistent quality between aliquots
