Water soluble v-Coelenterazine-SOL is an analogue of Coelenterazine that causes a shift in the emission-spectrum to longer wavelengths (515nm and above). Renilla Luciferase is the preferred catalyst for this compound. For more details see here.

Content v Coelenterazine + additives for water-solubility Packaging Size adding 10ml buffer will give a 50µM solution, adding 5 ml buffer will give a 100µM solution. Application Just add an aqueous buffer of your choice (e.g. PBS), invert a few times and use for luminometer assays. Luciferase Renilla Luiferase and its mutated versions (RLuc2, RLuc8, Green Renilla Luciferase)
