NanoFuel® FLASH Assay for Gaussia Luciferase
The NanoFuel® FLASH Assay kit provides enough buffer for approx. 1000 assays and performs best with a luminometer equipped with an injection port. For assays requiring a longer lasting luminescence (e.g. high-throughput screenings) or if sensitivity is not an issue we recommend our NanoFuel GLOW Assay kit (Cat. #320).

FLASH Assay Kit content:
- 50 ml Lysisbuffer – optimized for mild lysis and minimal GLuc activity reduction
- 50 ml Gaussia Dilution Buffer – stabilizes GLuc and provides optimal reaction conditions
- 50 ml Coelenterazine Dilution Buffer – stabilizes CTZ in aequeous solution
- 1 ml 50x Coelenterazine (CTZ) substrate containing >95% pure CTZ
Advantages of the FLASH Assay Reagent for Gaussia Luciferase:
- creates optimal conditions for GLuc and mutated GLuc versions
- low background, thus higher S/N ratio
- higher overall signal
- buffer has protein stabilizing properties
